What's happening in Maritime University?

The news, that only less than 50% of seats in Maritime University filled make us to think why so? An MBA program in Port and shipping Management at the Cochin campus got only 2 students admitted.  They are now moved to Chennai.

This is the Central University founded in 2008 for specialized research and training programs in maritime Education.
