Issue on NEET Medical Entrance Exam

Gulam Nabi Azad, the Union Health and Family planning Minister wrote to the prime Minister of India stressing the need of National Eligibility cum admissions to MBBS, BDS and PG courses in all Medical Colleges.  It is known, that he supreme court has quashed the common Entrance Test last month with a majority judgement. The Health Ministry intended to file a review petition and verify the development in legal aspects.  In the same way, the chief Minister of Tamil Nadu J. Jayalalitha wrote to Dr. Manmohan singh, opposing the central Governments decision to file a petition in the supreme Court to review its judgement quashing the National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test.  It is worth to mention here the statement of Justice A.R. Dave that holding of NEET is legal, practical and need of the society.
