Disadvantageous placement season

The recruitment range, job generation and campus visits by the organizations decreases this year. This is a great wory for the colleges and universities. This makes employability a big issue. This problem persists in so called top colleges also. Normally recruitments began in September. So, the details will be given by this time. But, no movement as on date, this year it seems, considering the existing situation, the companies like Infosys and HCL are reluctant to employ people.
