 Deemed University for Economics

The Madras School of Economics which is the Indian version of London school of Economics has decided to become a deemed university to offer its own degrees and programmes.

The institute was started in 1995 with 6 students in a humble room of Anna University.  Now it has a capacity to admit 200 students in 5 PG programme.
