 The United Writers Association announced the procedure for applying for allotting of the "UWA effulgent Star Decada" Award for the year 2013-14 from journalists, academecians, educationists, professions, entreprenurs, authors, artists, scientists and defence personnals.  Nominees should have contributed 15 years of service in the respective field.  The nominations have to reach the UWA office on or before July 3rd.
