 Tamil Nadu Fishery University introduces one year certificate course according to the Director Nagoor Meeran.

The courses is about Fish catching, Fish Processing, Fish culture besides may to satisfy the need of employment opportunate in this field.  The Institute at Nagapattinam of Tamil Nadu organises a course "Fish culture (grounding of fish) and the Instutte at Ponneri of Tamil Nadu conducts a common 'Catching of fish and fish processing'. The course include lectures, seminars, Farm Works and Planning.
