Cartoon a Pessimistic View

Cartoons and animation pictures are meant for giving pleasure to the children!. If they give a sort of happiness, may be a useful time passing it is true. It is appreciable if they are creative and provides innovative thinking we don't have any objective.
To see the other sides of cartoon, the negative repors giv es us worries. There are new that the children start mis behaving motivated by cartoon movies. These kind of complains are in the increase and so Broad Cashing content Complaint Council (BCCC) issued warning to all channels.
