Chhattisgarh government to implement the Mukhyamantri Yuva Swarozgar Yojana soon for youth

Chhattisgarh government will soon start a self-employment scheme for the youth, an official said.

"The state government will soon implement the Mukhyamantri Yuva Swarozgar Yojana (Chief Minister's Youth Self Employment Scheme) on the lines of Pradhaan Mantri Rojgar Yojna to provide self-employment opportunity to youth," the official said.

Under the scheme, young entrepreneurs will be encouraged to start their own industry and small-scale businesses for which they may take loans from banks, he said, adding the government will help youth in getting the loans.

The state government has already started 'Kaushal Vikas Mission', a skill development programme under which skilled youth are being encouraged to take up various small scale businesses.
