"Classes at most big colleges already are at full capacity. and can't add more divisions. The new seats are at schools that who applied to start junior colleges attached to their schools," said a senior education department official from the office of the deputy director of education (school).

Every year, both in the offline and online admission process, students rush for seats to a few colleges. "Seats at many junior colleges attached to schools go vacant. Hopefully, this won't happen this year as well," the office said. The booklet explaining online admission is available at all schools.
