Bharathiar University signs MOU with National Taiwan Ocean University in different areas

Bharathiar University here has entered into a MOU with National Taiwan Ocean University in different areas, including to set up a School of Distance Education Study Centre of BU there.

The MOU was signed by Ocean University President, Ching-Fong Chang and BU Vice-Chancellor, James Pitchai, during the latter's recent visit to Taiwan, along with senior varsity officials and academicians.

Other areas of MOU include exchange of UG and PG Students, sponsorship of International Workshops and seminars of mutual interests, promote academic chairs to enhance mutual culture between India and Taiwan and technical collaboration betwen two Universities, a BU release said here.
