Apeejay signs MoU with two Yunnan based Institutes

New Delhi: An educational workshop was held by the State of Yunnan, People's Republic of China to promote academic and cultural exchanges between India and China on 8 August, 2009.

On this occasion, MoU's were signed between The AIBCR (Apeejay Svran Institute for Biosciences & Clinical Research), Gurgaon and two Yunnan based universities, namely Kunming Medical University and Simao Teachers College.

This was to facilitate cooperation between the two institutions in the areas of academic and cultural development involving :

          o Develop joint programs of UG, PG students & to cooperate in teaching & personnel training.
          o Develop exchange program of teachers, doctors and students.
          o Develop university/institute delegation visit programs.
          o Faculty exchange.
          o Student exchange.
          o Recognition of credits earned by students allowing transfer to the home college.
          o Mutual Co-curricular activities such as language training, summer camps etc.
          o Joint project development.
