Invigilators at various examination centres in the district have been changed in the wake of allegation that a school helped its students in the 12th standard Physics exams held on Monday.

Chief Educational Officer  V. Kumar said four superintendents will now supervise exam halls other than regular invigilators.

Some 1300 teachers will be reshuffled for the coming exams at 62 centres in the district while 160 teachers will be on duty from other districts.

The CEO on Wednesday had ordered Kamarajar Matriculation Higher Secondary School (HSS) at Bommaikuttaimedu to be taken off the list of exam centres for Plus-Two and SSLC board exams following an allegation that the school helped its students in the Physics exams held on Monday.

Education department sources had said invigilators and flying squad seized a board with answers for 13 one mark questions on it.
