In the present educational scenario, several studies have proved that scores of individuals graduating out of college lack basic essential employability skills. Various forums attribute diverse reasons towards dearth in these highly essential skills apart from knowledge and certification.

PERSONAL skill involves managing self, manage change and be flexible and adaptable, engage in reflective practices.
Furthermore, should be able to manage time and other resources to complete projects and take responsibility for one’s own actions, decisions, and consequences.

Diverse jobs may require few of the above-mentioned skills, however most top positions would require all the skills mentioned. Developing basic essential skills is not an overnight affair, but needs to be nurtured right from early childhood.
