Teachers suggestion sought for improving education standard in the state

Tamil Nadu Labour Minister C.T.Sellapandian today asked teachers to give their suggestions and requirements to the Government for improving the standard of education in the State.
  
He was participating at a function where he distributed Rs.38.04 lakh worth "Free bicycles", and scholarship to 1314 students to the tune of Rs.26.28lakh.
  
He said all steps would be taken to provide state-of-the art equipment for the Industrial Training Insitute in this city.District Collector Anshul Mishra said enhanced assistance was being given to bring down drop out rate in ITIs.
 
The collector said 405 students of the ITI had got jobs through employment guidance porogramme.
