Balamurali Ambati, world's youngest doctor, adviced medical students to be good listeners.

A Professor of Opthalmology and Director of Cornea in University of Utah, Ambati said medical professionals should consider practice as another phase of training.

Speaking at 'The Week Health Summit', he said, "Best of the innovations happen at the interface."

He said young medics should ask themselves, "Is it good for the patients, is it good for the profession and only then ask is it good for me."

He also told them to value their time.

Balamurali said that it was better to be versatile or otherwise one could be replaced by a robot.
