Punjab government has provided LCDs and computers in 500 government schools in the state, for which training would be imparted to teachers.

The training would commence from November 19 in all the districts of the state, an official spokesman said.

In the schools where such facilities have been given, teachers would be given training to use the systems and to file a complaint about non functioning hardware on the web portal designated for the purpose.

The District Education Officers have been instructed to ensure the attendance of the teachers in the training programme, the spokesman said.
