ExlService Holdings Inc announces partnership with IIM Lucknow

ExlService Holdings, Inc announced partnership with IIM Lucknow to deliver a one year on-campus business management program for executives at the institutes NOIDA campus.

As per this agreement, IIM Lucknow will deliver modules on general management and EXL will design and deliver industry-focused modules on consulting, analytics and operational excellence.

The program will contain state-of-the-art industry relevant content and will be delivered through a right mix of learning tools, including instructor-led training, case studies and project work. Participants are required to commence an integrated project and complete it within the same year. Upon successful completion of the program, the candidates will be certified in Business Management - Operational Excellence and Consulting, jointly by IIM Lucknow and EXL.

Working professionals with more than five years of experience will be eligible for the program that will be offered for six days in a quarter over one year. The course will include 120 hours dedicated to general management while more than 30 hours will be devoted to consultative and analytics capabilities.
