MS Varsity offers E-learning courses

Chennai: Manonmaniam Sundaranar University, Tirunelveli is all set to offer few e-learning courses shortly in association with a private firm.
The Vice-Chancellor R.T. Sabapathy Mohan signed the memorandum of understanding on behalf of the Varsity here on tuesday with Edserv, which offers services in technology-assisted learning.

Courses on the offer are certificate course in office automation, diploma course in programming, and post-graduate diploma in object oriented programming.

The syllabus, fee structure and the revenue sharing system would be decided by the University Syndicate, said Dr. Mohan. Face-to-face contact programmes could supplement the e-learning modules. The details would be decided soon.
