Financial assistance to disabled children by Haryana govt.

The Haryana Government has announced a scheme, under which financial assistance of Rs 300 per month would be provided to the disabled children, who are unable to attend school and are below 18 years of age.
 
The government will provide the assistance to 2,873 such beneficiaries in the state, an official release said here.
 
The state government would also launch a scheme to give unemployment allowance to those physically challenged people, who are registered in employment offices in the state.
 
This allowance would range from Rs 200 to Rs 300 per month depending on their educational qualifications, the release said.
 
At present, there are 1,500 such beneficiaries in the state, it added.
