KIIT celebrates I-Day

Bhubaneswar: The 62nd Independence Day was celebrated at KIIT and its sister concern Kalinga Institute of Social Sciences (KISS) with pomp and style.
 
Noted social activist Padmashree Tulasi Munda unfurled the national flag at Kalinga Institute of Social Sciences, where ten thousand tribal students of the institute joined the celebrations. A blood donation camp was also organised by the KIIT in its premises, where a large numbers staffs donated their blood.
 
Independence Day was celebrated in all the wings of KIIT University, like Koel Campus, ITI, KIMS, SoM & SRM, School of Technology, International School, School of Biotechnology, KIIT School of Law etc. Independence Day was also celebrated in different hostels of KIIT Group of Institutions.
 
Dr. Achyuta Samanta, founder, KIIT Group of Institutions, extended his well wishes to all the students and staffs of KIIT and KISS and asked everyone to rededicate themselves for the cause of nation building with renewed vigour.
