BCI approves Khalsa College of Law Amritsar

Bar Council of India (BCI) gave its approval to Khalsa College Governing Council (KCGC) to set up a Khalsa College of Law Amritsar (KCLA). It was disclosed by KCGC President Satyajit Singh Majithia.
  
He said it would be the first College to offer BA LLB (Five Year Course) straight after 10+2.
  
KCGC is presently running 17 educational institutions in the region.
  
This is first private college which has been permitted by the BCI to set up College of Law in Amritsar, he said.
