TN CM orders restoration of visually impared school

Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Jayalalithaa issued orders to take up maintainence and restoration works of the century-old Government-run higher secondary school for the visually impaired here at Rs two crore.
  
Through this financial grant, a multipurpose hostel would be constructed at the 124-year-old High School located at Poonamallee near here, a government release here said.
  
Besides, a modern kitchen, restoring of Braille printing press and playing ground would also be taken up, it said.
