Six held for impersonating in exams

Chandigarh: Six men were caught appearing in place of other examinees at an examination centre at a local college here on Sunday, police said.

According to police, five of the arrested youths are from Haryana whereas one is from Uttar Pradesh.

"We arrested six men, in their mid-twenties, on charges of impersonation. They were appearing in the exam of Chandigarh Police here at DAV College in Sector 10," said Har Sahai Sharma, investigating officer of the case.

"They were caught by the examination centre's invigilators during the routine check of roll numbers," Sharma added.
