New syllabi for 17 postgraduate DU courses

New Delhi: Delhi University executive council (EC) has approved a new syllabi for 17 postgraduate courses for 2009-10. The new curriculum was approved at a meeting on Monday for all courses except MA in Buddhism as some mistakes were found in the proposed syllabus for the subject. The semester system is also being introduced from this academic session.
Executive council  member S C Panda said, 'The new syllabi were presented before the EC without a debate on them in the academic council.'TNN
