Droves of youngsters, college students and young corporates were spotted at the positive attitude sessions held in the city recently.

The students were keen on cultivating the correct attitude that would help them excel in their work and interests.

Rajakalki, an expert in positive behaviour development, has conducted more than 300 workshops in Chennai to help nurture positivity in the city youth.

He has conducted special sessions in several IT companies and helped many employees to sort out their official issues with a positive approach. Children have also benefited by his positive attitude practice sessions in schools.

About acquiring a positive attitude, Rajkalki says, “Get the right attitude and shine in your passion, work or studies.

Youngsters today are made gloomy by too many negative emotions. They have to work hard to stay positive and battle out negative emotions. It is actually a war within you.

Positive approach to anything is the mantra — not only for peace, but also to succeed. During my workshop sessions, I meet teens who are struggling to stay away from negative feelings. Through regular practice, they are able to fight it out.”

According to him, self love and motivation are the key tricks. “We help make autosuggestions that help individuals to make the right decision and with the right spirit. We make it interactive and let the participants speak out so that they can understand for themselves how they are stuck because of their negativity. One can benefit enormously by attending such sessions that also have a lot of fun and humour. And the session fee is just ` 300,” he says.

About his upcoming sessions, he says, “We have a ‘positive’ teaching class on 22nd this month, in which many youngsters and our regular students are expected to participate.

We aim to spread positivity as far as possible and thrash negative thoughts right out of people’s minds.”
