Violence at TET examination centre, cop injured

A policemen was injured in stone throwing by candidates of Teachers Eligibility Test(TET) at an examination centre in Bihar's Nawada district today.
     
Police said the two sides clashed when TET examinees, waiting in for their admit cards for the December 21-22 examinations, got angry over the delay and pelted stones at policemen in the college premises.
      
The police resorted to lathicharg to control the situation and the injured policeman was taken to the hospital for treatment, the police said. Alleging irregularities in the distribution of admit cards for the TET, the canidates claimed that there were no officials present there to listen to their grievances.
