Bakery products training programme at TNAU

Coimbatore: A training programme in preparing bakery products will be organized by Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU) on July 14 and 15 in the university premises.
According to university sources, the training will cover the following aspects: basic bakery formulations, variety of breads, burgers, cake and cookies, pav bhaji, pizza and pie varieties.

All those interested can attend the training by paying a fee of Rs. 1,000. Participants should register by July 13.
