Kovai student to represent India in commonwealth games

Final Year  student, Ms B Chellamani has been selected to represent India to participate in the Commonwealth Unequipped Powerlifting and Benchpress Championship 2011 to be held during December 2011 at London.

The student of M Sc Computer Science from Rathnavel Subramaniam College of Arts and Science, Sulur, Coimbatore is one of the previlaged canditates to represent the nation in an International event of such high standards at the college level itself.
 
It was officially confirmed by the Indian Powerlifting Federation, Jamshedpur. She would be attending the conditioning camp at New Delhi from 27th November 2011 after which the team of contingents would depart for the event at London.
