UEI Global Institute, offering bachelors and masters programs in hotel and business management with 14 campuses across India, recently announced Learn to Lead, an initiative that will equip class XII students across the country to proactively seek information on experiential learning and vocation opportunities.

The pan India initiative will witness 25, 000 schools and 50, 00,000 students across the country, scripting their understanding on why learning acts as an important element for being an effective leader. The note can be written in English, Hindi or regional languages in less than 100 words by the students.

UEI Global Institute through its network and over 3,000 volunteers will execute the initiative both at regional and national level. The best 3 write-ups from every region will be selected; and as a token of appreciation students will be awarded in the form of National Savings Certificate/Govt. Bond/Post Office Savings Certificate, which will support them in achieving their desired career.

The regional winner’s write-up will further be short listed at a national level. A certificate of appreciation and the award for the national winners will be conferred by Padma Bhushan Kapil Dev, former captain of Indian cricket team.

Manish Khanna, CEO, UEI Global says, “Learn to Lead initiative is an attempt to create interest amongst the 21st century students to proactively seek information on experiential learning and how to imply the same to be an effective leader. The initiative will also motivate the students to seek information on various professional courses that they can enroll to after class XII, bridging the knowledge gap between their interests, available professional courses and most importantly the growing and upcoming industry verticals.”

Kapil Dev, brand ambassador of UEI Global, shares, “This initiative will encourage many aspiring students both financially and academically to come forward and participate in this program, in order to achieve their dream vocation.”
