BA, BCom counselling begins

The counselling for BA and BCom courses of Allahabad University will begin from Tuesday. The counselling will be held at Pravesh Bhawan from 8.30am to 11am.
The chairman of BCom admission committee said candidates from all categories, who have obtained 240 and above marks, and those of Scheduled Tribe (ST) category with computed total marks of 48 or above in Under Graduate Admission Test (UGAT), have been called for counselling.

The candidates will have to bring original and photocopies of high school marksheet and certificates, intermediate marksheet and certificate, caste certificate (in case of SC/ST/OBC), UGAT original admit card, NCC-B/C certificate (if required) along with its photocopy and required fees in cash. The candidate will have to be present at Pravesh Bhawan for the counselling at 12pm onwards on the same day, said the chairman.

The chairman of BA admission committee said candidates of all categories, who have obtained 212 and above marks in UGAT 2011 are required to report for admission on Tuesday from 8:30am to 12pm at the Pravesh Bhawan. The candidates are required to report with original and photocopies of all the testimonials and certificates and fee in cash. The candidates will be admitted from 1pm onwards on the same day.
