St Stephen's College received around 21,000 applications for admission to over 400 undergraduate seats this year. The sale and submission of forms concluded on Monday.
St Stephen's will declare the list of candidates shortlisted for interviews on June 16. It will consider only Class XII marks and performance in the interview for admission. The interviews are likely to be held between June 20 and July 4.
Shortlisted candidates are supposed to carry various documents to appear for the interview. These include the date of birth certificate which is usually the secondary school certificate, subject-wise marksheet of the qualifying public examination, baptism certificate and church membership certificate from the parish priest/ SC certificate/ST certificate/disability certificate and an equivalence if the candidate is from a foreign board of examination.
