Mahatma Gandhi University has published online a trial allotment list, as part of the centralised allotment process (CAP) for admission to its undergraduate courses.
According to an official release, the provisional index marks and rank list have been published online. Applicants can obtain the list by logging on to the website www.cap.mgu.ac.in using their application number and password.
The applicants may also rearrange, add or delete their course and college options until 5 p.m. on June 12. The first allotment list will be published on June 14 and students will be given time until June 16 to report to their allotted colleges.
Eligibility certificates
Candidates who have passed the qualifying examinations from outside the State should produce the eligibility certificates issued by Mahatma Gandhi University at the time of admission.
For obtaining eligibility certificate, applicants should apply to the Assistant Registrar of the Academic Wing, along with a challan of Rs.100 — cash can be paid either at State Bank of Travancore (SBT) branches or at the University Cash Counter; the attested copies of mark list; and transfer certificate.
The CAP cell of the university and its information centres (help desks) will function on June 11 and 12 in order to provide free online registration facilities for applicants.
