Delhi Technological University has started the admission process for its B. Tech programmes for the upcoming academic session. The admission process, which will be online, began on June 7.
There are 15 B. Tech programmes with an intake of 1,218 students. The university has started a new B. Tech programme with 776 seats in mathematics and computing. Admissions will be made on the basis of merit in the All-India Engineering Entrance Examination 2011. Details are available on www.dtuadmissions.nic.in.
Registration will close on June 15. The first admission list will be declared on July 5 on the website, and candidates who have made the cut will be able to download the admission letter.
The online system is expected to save students the hassle of making rounds of the university for obtaining and submitting application forms.
