Reach the campus 2 hours earlier to the scheduled time with all necessary documents.

A detailed guidelines would be provided on how to go about the entire counselling process in a seperate briefing hall, after which you can proceed to main counselling hall.

Keep your eyes fixed at the display boards to know the vacancy position - college wise, course wise and based on reservation.

Produce the DD of Rs5000/ or Pay cash (For SC/ ST Rs 1000/-) at any one of the counters and collect the counseling form that will have a bar code.

Be prepared to enter the hall 30 minutes before the scheduled time.

Register your name as you enter the hall.
*
After the registration, the students will be briefed about the entire counselling procedures.

Students will be asked to arrange the certificates in a particular order.
*
Then, the student's certificates and credentials will be verified. If any discrepancy found the student will be sent away.

Next, the student enters the actual hall with about 75 terminals for counselling of each batch, each terminal with a counsellor to guide the students through the entire process.

The student with the highest rank is given the first chance to exercise his option.

The counsellor asks the student, the college and course of preference, which is fed into the computer.

The student gets to know about the position through the display-college wise, course wise and community wise. The student should check if all details like name, number, etc are correct.

On seeing the position on the display, to start with the student can give 3 options. He / She is likely to get one of the three options. In some rare cases of not being able to get any three, he / she is allowed to go for the next three options.

As per the vacancy and requirement once the student gets the course and college of his choice, the counsellor asks for a confirmation from the student. After confirmation from the student the counsellor clicks for admission.

Then the students are collected in separate hall and an admission order is made out on their name.

The payment of fees can done at the venue, at a bank or in the college during the time of admission.
