NIT Agartala invites Application for PhD Admission

National Institute of Technology (NIT), Agartala invites applications for admission to Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) programme in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Production Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering, Humanities & Social Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and MBA for the session commencing in January 2017. Aspirants can apply on or before December 7.

Educational qualification for NIT Agartala PhD Admission:

PhD in Engineering: Aspirants should have acquired a Master's degree in engineering from a recognised university or institute.

PhD programme in Science and PhD programme in Humanities & Social Science: Aspirants should have a Master's degree in the relevant discipline from a recognised university or institute.

PhD programme in MBA: Aspirants should have an MBA degree from a recognised university or institute.

Selection procedure for NIT Agartala PhD Admission:

Aspirants will be selected on the basis of their performance in a written test and interview.

Application fee for NIT Agartala PhD Admission:

Aspirants can make the payment of Rs 500 and SC/ST Aspirants will have to pay Rs 300 for the registration procedure.
