GITAM University invites Applications for BTech Admission

gitam Gandhi Institute of Technology and Management (GITAM), Visakhapatnam invites applications for its Bachelor of Technology (BTech), Bachelor of Architecture (BArch), Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm), Master of Technology (MTech) and Master of Pharmacy (MPharm) programmes offered at Bangalore, Hyderabad and Visakhapatnam campuses for the commencing session 2017.

Eligibility criteria for GITAM University Admission:

Educational qualification for GITAM University Admission:

UG programme: Aspirants wish to applying for this programme must be holding a minimum of 60 per cent aggregate marks, in mathematics, physics and chemistry and first class or equivalent grade, in the qualifying examination.

MTech programme: Aspirants wish to apply for this programme must have pursued BE/BTech/AMIE in any branch of engineering or its equivalent.

MPharmacy programme: Aspirants wish to apply for this programme must have pursued BPharm, from a recognised university, with a minimum of 50 per cent marks or equivalent grade.

Selection procedure for GITAM University Admission:

Aspirants will be selected on the basis of their performance in the GITAM Admission Test 2017 (GAT) conducted by the university.

How to apply for GITAM University Admission:

Aspirants need to apply at the official website. They are then required to send the filled-in application form along with the demand draft to 'Director-Admissions, GITAM UNIVERSITY, Gandhi Nagar Campus, Rushikonda, Visakhapatnam - 530045, Andhra Pradesh, India.'

Important dates for GITAM University Admission:

Last date for receiving the filled-in applications is March 31, 2017.

Online Slot Booking will take place from April 9, 2017 to 13, 2017.

E-hall tickets can be downloaded from April 9, 2017 onwards.

Online tests at different centres will be conducted from April 16 to 30, 2017.

Test results will be declared on May 5, 2017.
