Sathyabama University invites Applications for BE Admission

Sathyabama University, Chennai invites application for its four-year Bachelor of Technology (BTech), Bachelor of Engineering (BE) and five-year Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) programmes offered in several departments for the academic session 2017-18.

Eligibility criteria for Sathyabama University Admission :

Educational qualification for Sathyabama University Admission:

BE/BTech: Aspirants wish to apply for this course must have passed in the class 12/HSC/ICSE or equivalent examination, with mathematics, physics and chemistry, with an average of 60 per cent marks and above (in mathematics, physics and chemistry).

BTech Biotechnology, Bioinformatics and Biomedical: Aspirants wish to apply for this course must have passed in the class 12/HSC/ICSE or equivalent examination, with biology/mathematics, physics and chemistry, with an average of 60 per cent marks and above(in biology/mathematics, physics and chemistry).

B.Arch: Aspirants wish to apply for this course must have passed in the class 12/HSC/ICSE or equivalent examination, with mathematics, physics and chemistry, with a minimum average of 60 per cent marks (in mathematics, physics and chemistry) and a valid NATA marks (National Aptitude Test in Architecture) with an average of 80 marks out of 200.

Selection procedure for Sathyabama University Admission:

Aspirants will be selected on the basis of their performance in the All India BE/BTech/BArch entrance examination conducted by the university. They will be then be called for a counselling.

How to apply for Sathyabama University Admission:

Aspirants need to apply at the official website www.sathyabamauniversity.ac.in. Aspirants can also obtain the same through post by sending a request letter (Aspirant's mailing address should be mentioned clearly in capital letters with pincode number, mobile number and e-mail ID) along with a demand draft for Rs 1100 drawn in favour of Sathyabama University, payable at Chennai.

Important dates for Sathyabama-university Admission:

Last date for receiving Application forms is March 31, 2017.

Entrance exam will be conducted from April 22 to 23, 2017.

Results will be declared on April 30, 2017.
