University of Lucknow invites Application for MPhil Admission

lucknow University of Lucknow invites aspirants for admission to Master of Philosophy (MPhil) programme offered in Archaeology, Anthropology, English, Hindi, Physical Education, Public Administration, Sanskrit, Social Work and Sociology for the academic session 2016.

Aspirants are requested to apply through prescribed format latest by October 25.

Aspirants wish to apply for this course need to possess a Master's degree or a professional degree with at least 55 per cent in aggregate or its equivalent grade 'B' in the UGC 7-point scale from a recognised university/institute.

Selection procedure for University of Lucknow Admission:

Aspirants will be selected on the basis of marks obtained in entrance examination.

The entrance test would be of 90 minutes duration. There would be a single question paper of 100 marks having 100 multiple choice questions for assessing the subject proficiency and research aptitude of the aspirants.

Aspirants need to score minimum 50 per cent to clear the examination.
