IIT Kanpur invites Application for PhD Admission 2017

iitk Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur invites aspirants for admission to Master of Technology (MTech), Master of Science (MS) by research and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) programmes offered in various specialisations for the academic session January, 2017.

All the aspirants are requested to apply through prescribed format latest by November 7.

Eligibility criteria for IIT Kanpur PhD Admission:

Educational qualification for IIT Kanpur PhD Admission:

MTech programmes: Aspirants in applying need to possess a Bachelor's degree in engineering or science or a Master's degree in science with marks/CPI not below the specified minimum from a recognised university/institute.

PhD programmes: All the aspirants wish to apply for this course need to possess a Master's degree in engineering with marks/CPI not below the specified minimum from a recognised university/institute.

Selection procedure for IIT Kanpur PhD Admission:

MTech programmes: Aspirants will be selected on the basis of GATE score or/interview or/written test.

PhD programmes: Aspirants must have a valid GATE score or must have qualified for in JRF/NET.
