IIT Mandi invites Application for MS Admission 2017

iitmandi Indian Institute of Technology (IIT)-Mandi invites applications for admission to Master of Science (MS) by research and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) programme offered in various departments for the semester commencing in 2017.

Aspirants can apply for IIT Mandi MS Admission in a prescribed format before October 23, 2016.

Eligibility criteria for IIT Mandi MS Admission:

PhD in Science and Engineering programme:

All the students wish to apply for this course need to possess a degree in the Master of Engineering (ME)/Master of Technology (MTech) or a Master's degree by Research in engineering/technology with a good academic score with a Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of minimum 8.0 on the scale of 10 from recognised university.

Aspirants must have a valid Graduate Aptitude Test of Engineering (GATE) score or equivalent.

MS programme:

All the students should possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/ Technology or Master's degree in appropriate sciences including social sciences from a recognised university/institute.

Aspirants must have a valid score in GATE/ NET or equivalent national level examination or Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT)/ Graduate Record Examination (GRE) in an appropriate discipline.

Aspirants will be selected based on the entrance test/ interview conducted by the university.
