Footwear Design Courses conducted by Central Footwear Training Institute

Central Footwear Training Institute (CFTI) has been functioning under Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) Technology Development Centre offers mainly job oriented diploma courses.

XII passed candidates can apply for a 2 year diploma course in Footwear. Design and production abbreviated as DFDP. X students can apply for a one-year certificate course on Footwear Technology abbreviated as CFT.

One year besides, two courses on

1)Post Graduate Diploma in Footwear Technology (PGDFT)

2)One year Post Diploma Course on Foot wear Technology (PDFT) are also offered.

The eligibility for PGDFT course is a pass in graduation and the eligibility for PDFT is a pass in diploma. More over this institution also offer courses for 12 weeks duration like

1)Design and Pattern cutting

2)Shoe upper closing

3)Footwear machine maintenance

4)Leather goods manufacture

5)Footwear constructions

6)Shoe styling Etc.,
