AIPMT Exams for Medical Admissions

Around five lacs and ninety five thousand students wrote All India Pre Medical Entrance Examinations In India. Twenty students wrote this exam in Chennai only. The government Medical and Dental colleges should allocate 15 percent seat to the successful candidates of this examination. Remaining 85 percent seats will be left for the respective state candidates.

Regarding Tamil Nadu is concerned, 383 seats are allotted for AIPMT students from the available 2555 seats. In the same way there are 100 BDS seats in Government Dental college of Tamil Nadu, in which 15 seats are meant for AIPMT quota. Central Board of Secondary Education conducts this examination in this way 7000 for medical seats are filled in the country.
