College level counselling of online admission process for graduation classes in Bhopal to be held on 17 and 18 july

College level counselling (CLC) phase of online admission process for graduation classes will be held on July 17 and 18 and post-graduation, B Lib diploma course on July 18 and 19. All students who have registered and got their documents verified and those who have been allotted seats can participate in this phase.

Officials have informed that admission list of under graduate courses would be pasted on college notice boards on July 19 at 11 am. Waiting list will also be released. Selected students will have to deposit fee positively by July 23. Fees from students in the waiting list will be accepted till 1 pm on the last day. If seats remain vacant after this phase, admission will be given to students who have got supplementary.

Admission list of post-graduate-level applicants will be put up on college notice boards on the morning of July 20. Selected students will have to deposit fee by July 23. Later, admissions will be given to students in waiting list.

In case of vacancies, registered students who have passed 'allowed to keep terms' (ATKT) exams of various semesters along with 6th semester exam will be given provisionary admission. Those students will not be eligible for admission in this academic session whose ATKT exams along with subject semesters (first, third and fifth) are going to be held in November-December.

Seats reserved of SC, ST and OBC students remaining vacant after CLC phase will be filled up by unreserved class applicants. This will be called "open seat quota," they added.
