Rank list for admission towards medical and dental studies in Tamil Nadu for the year 2013 was released on June 12.

According to the recently released rank list, Abinesh, student from Namakkal is ranked first for medical studies.

Every year, severe competition prevails among students to get medical admissions in Tamil Nadu. In such a situation, students and parents were eager about the release of rank list for medical admissions.

As per earlier announcement, rank list for medical and dental admissions were released on June 12 by the State Minister for Health, Veeramani.

The release stated that medical counselling would commence from June 18.

Parents and students feel that, medical council most of the time carry information late on their official site www.tnhealth.org creating unnecessary furore and anxiety.

On the contrary, Anna University has provided a separate link, TNEA 2013 for easy access of information for students and parents for admission towards engineering studies in Tamil Nadu for the year 2013. In the same way, students and parents strongly feel that a separate link would do good for everyone and better functionality.
