IIM announce closure of CAT registration on September 19

Indian Institute of Management (IIM) announced that the registration for CAT-2012 exams will close on September 19.

It said that the sale of vouchers will end on September 17.

The CAT test will be held between October 11 to November 6.
 
According to a statement released by the IIM, the current registration trend indicates a slightly higher percentage of female candidates this year.
 
S S S Kumar, who is the convenor of CAT-2012, said, "It is encouraging to see more females coming forward this year to challenge their male counterparts in gaining admission to the IIM."
 
Prometric will be holding the on-line CAT test this year also on behalf of the IIM.
