MBBS- BDS second phase counselling waiting list released

Waiting list for second phase counselling for MBBS- BDS admission was released recently.

Only 79 BDS seats were available under Govt. quota at the close of first phase counselling for MBBS and BDS studies in Govt. and Private Medical colleges in Tamil Nadu.

Second phase was due in the third week of Sept to fill the vacancies arising through students not joining colleges though getting selected in the first phase counselling and vacancies arising with students not joining through All India Quota.

The waiting list, based on the applicants cut-off marks, was released on www.tnhealth.org

Selection committee secretary R G Sukumar, told, "Seats availability for second phase will be known only after the surrender of All India quota seats. About 100 - 150 seats in MBBS and 150-200 seats in BDS, based on reservation is likely to be available for second phase counselling".
