JIPMER releases MBBS admission list

The Jawaharlal Institute of Medical Education and Research here has released the list of selected candidates,  for admission to the first MBBS course (2012-2013) academic year.

Dean of JIPMER K S Reddy said in a release that classes would commence on July 18. Selected candidates have been asked to submit attested photocopies of their certificates on or before June 21 for verification.Allotment of seat would be done on July 11 and 12 during which the candidates should be present in person to go through biometric verification and for submission of their original certificates.
  
The list of selected candidates was released last night. The entrance test was conducted simultaneously in different parts of the country on May 27.
   
A total of 29,108 candidates appeared for the test held on May 27 at 54 venues spread over eleven cities across the country including Chennai, Puducherry, New Delhi, Bangalore and Vishakapatnam.
  
The institute has released the list rank wise and a total of 127 candidates have been selected for the course.
