Law Counselling from June 30

Counseling for law courses begins on June 30 towards the admission of students into Govt. Law colleges in Tamil Nadu.

Vijaykumar, Vice -Chancellor, Dr. Ambedkar Law University said, admission for the academic year 2012-2013 to Dr. Ambedkar Law Colleges as well as seven Govt. Law colleges spread across the state for 5-Year B.A.B.L (Hons), B.A.B.L., and for 3-year courses like B.L (Hons), B.L is going on in full swing.  

Applications towards the admission are being issued from May 28. Applications are available at the Govt Law colleges situated in Chennai, Chengalpattu, Vellore, Trichy, Kovai and Madurai.

The intake for 5-year courses like B.A.B.L., is 1,052 and B.A.B.L (Hons) is 120 and for 3-year courses like B.L is 1,262 and for B.L (Hons) its is 60 students.

June 15 is the last date for submitting filled applications for 5 year courses and June 30 is the last date for submitting filled applications for 3 -year courses

Counseling for B.A.B.L courses will be held on June 30 and for B.L course it will be on July 16.
