• Common Entrance Examinations (CEE)
• National Aptitude Test in Archicture (NATA) conducted by National Institute of advanced studies in Archicture (NIASA).

Courses :Engineering, Medical, Agriculture

• Indian Citizen
• Keralites or Non Keralites of Kerala origin are Keralites. Others are non-Keralites.
• Keralites:
  a) Father/Mother was born in Kerala
  b) Resident of Kerala for 5 years within a period of 12 years.
  c) VIII to XII in Kerala.
• Non-Keralites
  a) Undergone the qualifying course in Kerala.
  b) Sons/daughters of employees of Govt.of India onbehalf of state. Govt. of Kerala with 2 years minimum service.

• Govt. seats - state merit Engineering, Medical, Agricultural.
• B.Pharm -rank in Entrance Exam. Not eligible for any reserved seats.
