Meghalaya Board of School Education

The foundation stone for Meghalaya Board of School Education was laid down in the year 1974. But in the year 1996, NEHU have discontinued the pre university courses. Thus these pre-university courses have been taken over by Meghalaya Board of School Education. Thus, any financial transaction that is in relation with HSSLC branch and SSLC brand is dealt by Meghalaya Board of School Education. Since the board has earned its fame in each curriculum, the students studying under the board have also got increased. The work load of the organization has also increased.

All the academic matters is been dealt by the board after 1996. The vision of Meghalaya Board of School Education is to provide quality education for the students. A good enhancement with regards to development in the field of education is also a vision of this particular board.
